The role of the Credit and Collections Analyst is to minimize bad debt risk, improve Days Sales Outstanding, (DSO), with focus on maximizing sales potential. 

•    Collect past due  accounts
•    Reconcile and resolve issues impacting payment of invoices
•    Conduct credit investigation on new and existing accounts
•    Assess credit risk and establish credit limits in accordance to company policy
•    Communicate effectively with customers and sales representatives
•    Escalate issues when required
•    Prepare uncollectible accounts for third-party collections and legal
•    Prepare and enter bank deposits
•    Collect BOL form vendor and process file
•    File completed loads

Accounts Receivable Specialist


•    Minimum 1-3 years in a similar role
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•    Fluent in Spanish and very good in English. French is an asset.
•    Ability to analyze credit reports
•    Ability to successfully organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines
