Call potential clients daily to build your sales pipeline

Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers

Present Trans-Pro’s full scope of services and respond to RFPs

Negotiate with shippers and carriers across North America and Mexico

Sort out client issues and always leave them delighted in the end, because you’re brilliant at customer service and problem-solving!

Accounts Receivable Specialist
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1-3 years in a similar role
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Fluent in Spanish and very good in English. French is an asset.

Ability to analyze credit reports

Ability to successfully organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines

Comfortable in working within a team environment
Operations Coordinator
Summary of Responsibilities:

Manage shipments from booking to delivery
-
Negotiate with carriers
-
Make appointments, tracking, and updates
-
Maintain open communication with traders
-
Build lasting relationships with carriers
-
Verify all relevant documentations pertaining to each shipment
-
Problem-solving and assisting carrier partners
